Bio:
Dr Marzena Królikowska-Dziubecki is an art historian and graduate of the Institute of Art History at the University of Warsaw. A doctor of humanities (2001) and lecturer, Dr Królikowska-Dziubecki worked for many years at the Print Room of the University of Warsaw Library. Her main academic interests lie in art history, particularly that of the 18th century, the issues of the reception of classical tradition, and artistic voyages to Italy and countries of the Levant. Dr Królikowska-Dziubecki specialises in the history of European graphic art, and she is currently tracing the fates of the family of Marcello Bacciarelli, painter to King Stanisław August Poniatowski. She is the author of numerous articles and books.
