Bio:
Dr Małgorzata Bałdyga-Nowakowksa studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. She graduated with distinction in 1997 in Letterpress Printing, under Prof. Józef Słobosz. Since 1999, Dr Bałdyga-Nowakowksa has been working in an assistant role at the Art Faculty at UMCS. She has been teaching classes in the Fundamentals of Graphic Design at the New Media Arts Faculty at PJAIT. Her creative work encompasses both digital and analogue techniques. Dr Bałdyga-Nowakowksa has contributed to dozens of individual exhibitions: “Pomiędzy” – Galeria Stara BWA in Lublin, 2001; “Arkadia” – a graphic design exhibition, Dworek Wincentego Pola (Muzeum Lubelskie) in Lublin, 2015; “Idea przekaz. Grafika – Małgorzata Bałdyga”, Galeria Sztuki Współczesnej in Włocławek, 2016.
